Olympia Coffee Roasting Company provides the finest organic coffees to quality oriented cafes, coffee shops, espresso carts, restaurants, and specialty markets.

We start by selecting exceptional organic beans. We artisan roast our coffee in small batches, taking care to develop all of the subtle flavors and distinct nuances.

We offer a full line of organic coffees including espressos, single origins, specialty blends, decaffeinated, and community coffees. We roast to order and roast date our packages to ensure freshness.

To help drive the success of your business we pair our coffee with professional training and equipment service.

We know that a well trained barista can make the difference between a mediocre cup of coffee and a spectacular one. Make every cup of coffee spectacular and see what happens when your customers tell all of their friends about your coffee.
We provide onsite training, so your staff can improve their skills on the equipment that they work with everyday.

In addition we host ongoing classes at our state of the art training facility.

We offer the best machines, brewers, and grinders from La Marzocco, Astoria, Mazzer, Bunn, and Fetco. We provide routine maintenance to our customer’s equipment.
