We are a 100% Organic Coffee Roaster; this is rare in the coffee industry. Organic production costs more in the short term, but we think less in the long term. Coffee prices are currently very high at the C Market, and yet many coffee producers are not seeing the rewards they were promised when they switched to organic production. Thus many are abandoning organic practices. Many roasters are not rewarding their producers with higher prices for organic production.
