Our Cup of Excellence El Salvador is in the roastery. It arrived yesterday in separated 10 kilo bags, vacuum packed in El Salvador. Santa Teresa IV Nicolas Mountain is 100% Pacamara, a hybrid of the Maragogipe and Pacas varietals. This exceptional coffee has lively acidity, with flavors of dark chocolate, black currant, and sweet rhubarb. It will be roasted and available for purchase next Wednesday Sept. 24.
