Oly Coffee Cherry St. Cafe

Well now I'm starting to get excited about our new cafe. The walls are all done and we covered the main walls in a venetian plaster type product called Milestone. The stuff is durable and super cool looking.

The bar is coming together with allot of very cool built in features. Having built many espresso bars over the years we are incorporating all of our experiences, and style as well. Some of the fun stuff includes 30 inch counters for the Clover ( Yes we have a Clover!) and our espresso machine ( A USBC La Marzocco FB80) , built in drain tray on the front of the work counter, built in steaming pitcher rinser, tip out pass through knock box, grinder tray with grounds bin, portafilter holders, and a bunch more.

We hope to open the new place in June sometime, most likely the end of June but June regardless. Stop by and check out the progress, and pass on some encouragement to get this place done!

So would you use this machine which is a two group FB80 EE from La Marzocco, or a Synesso Cyncra? Hmmmm, tell us what you think we should do.
