Bellingham Jam and Other Happenings

Been a while since the last post. We've been keeping busy. Since the NW Roasters group meet we've been in Portland for the Northwest Food Service Show and last Sunday was the Bellingham Barista Jam.

In Bellingham there was lots of great coffee to be had, thanks to all the folks who brought espresso machines, grinders, and coffee. This photo is me salivating over a shot of the Big Truck espresso pulled on a synesso (Dave in the backround). Go here for more great photos on the jam.

This weekend we are donating coffee to help sustain an improv group through a 26 hour "improv-a-thon." The show starts Fri. at 8pm and ends Sat. at 10pm at the Midnight Sun in downtown Olympia.

In the not too distant future we will be at the SCAA conference in Long Beach, May 4-7. If you're going to the show look for our coffee at the clover booth. It should be a great show.
