Don’t miss the 2nd Northwest Roaster's Group Weekend Gathering, March 23, 24 & 25, 2007

The weekend starts with a social gathering on Friday night, training classes, coffee blending and roasting classes on Saturday and a cupping on Sunday.
The cost is $50 for the weekend, lodging is not included. The price includes all training classes, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.

8:30–9:00 a.m. Continental breakfast

9–10:00 a.m. Official Kick Off meeting/group introductions

10–11:00 a.m. Coffee blending

11 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Blending roasting exercise

12–1:00 p.m. Lunch

1–3:00 p.m. Fluid bed vs. Drum roasted coffee

3–5:00 p.m. Tour of local roasters in Olympia

7:00 p.m. Dinner

S u n d a y m o r n i n g

8:30–9:00 a.m. Continental Breakfast

9–10:00 a.m. Cup blended coffee roasted on Saturday

10–11:30 a.m. Final remarks
