Welcome Skookumchuck Café

As my first official post to the blog I couldn't be happier to welcome Skookumchuck Café to the Olympia Coffee Roasting family. Jeff at Skookumchuck says they are looking to be open in late October and will be located at 1809 99th ST E Midland, WA. Looks like it is going to be a great place for coffee and music. True Northwest cafe culture! We can't wait. Good luck Jeff and Skookumchuck Café crew!

Up and Running

We've got the roaster up and running in our new space. We have kept busy setting up a cupping area, production space, offices, etc. It has been a little strange adjusting to the new layout, but it is for the best. The new space is better equipped to house a roaster, not to mention that it is brighter and more customer friendly. Soon we will be settled in and welcoming visitors.
